The video series “Do it the smart way” is a digital service format of the MWM brand, designed by Caterpillar Energy Solutions to show users how to perform simple maintenance tasks on their gas engines. In the tutorial videos, Kelvin Kolbe and Alexander Klotz, Technical Trainers at the Learning Center Service in Mannheim, Germany, provide basic instructions and tips for the maintenance of MWM gas engines. The videos cover topics such as changing spark plugs, measuring the pollutant emissions in exhaust gas, and the TPEM data export. On the YouTube channel “mwmgenset”, the episodes of the video series are available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Chinese.<\/p>\n

Award-Winning Video Format for MWM Customers<\/h2>\n

With its tutorial videos, MWM has stepped up its commitment to service training. The high quality and customer-friendliness of the tutorials have received acclaim: At the WorldMediaFestival 2021, the first two episodes of the MWM service tutorial video series “Do it the smart way” won the coveted Intermedia-Globe SILVER award. Under the supervision of Frank Fuhrmann, Manager Communications at Caterpillar Energy Solutions, the video series is produced in collaboration with the film agency Motionplan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
