The product portfolios of both companies complement one another very well without any substantial overlaps.<\/p>\n

We strongly believe that the next step in the company\u2019s development will lead to more customer options for sustainable power generation solutions. Following the clearance by the European Commission – as the last major regulatory requirement – the transaction is expected to be closed before the end of this year.
