Plant operator Veolia decided to upgrade its composting plant for organic waste, taking advantage of nascent biogas in an economically viable way by utilizing a 1.2 MW <a title=\"Cogeneration &amp; Trigeneration Plants\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mwm.net\/en\/gas-expertise\/cogeneration-trigeneration-plants\/\">cogeneration plant<\/a>. Germany\u2019s BHKW Infozentrum (CHP Info Center) therefore conferred its\u201c<b>cogeneration plant of the month<\/b>\u201d award in January.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The highly efficient lean burn <a title=\"Gas Engines, Gas Generators &amp; Gensets\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mwm.net\/en\/gas-engines-gensets\/\">gas engines<\/a> of the product range MWM TCG 2020 are characterized by particularly high efficiency, thus achieving top ratings in terms of both ecology and economy.
