The cogeneration power plant with the electrical output of 800 kW and the thermal output of 826 kW reaches an overall efficiency of 88.1%.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nOriginally designed to supply the swimming pool with heat, the cogeneration plant now benefits a youth hostel, a hospital, various schools in the city center, and numerous private and commercial customers via the heat network. The inflow of the low-temperature mixed cooling water circuit of the cogeneration plant has been implemented for the return flow increase in the adjacent swimming pool.
