Since October 2011 the KBB Biogas GmbH & Co. KG has been pro tably generating electrical power for the public grid and operating the combined heat and power plant for a nearby nursery. The biogas plant has a thermal output of 3.5 million kWh per year, so it covers more than 40 % of the heating needs of nursery “Der Grashof”.<\/p>\n
