In 2021, the R\u00fabanisko II power plant went live in Lu\u010denec, Slovakia, supplying heat and electricity to the local population. For this project, an MWM TCG 3016 V16 generator set with an electrical output of 800 kW and a thermal output of 861 kW was selected. The entire project design, construction, installation, and commissioning of the MWM generator set was carried out by the official MWM distributor Engul. The TCG 3016 V16 cogeneration unit is installed in a soundproof enclosure in a boiler room. The generated electricity is fed into the grid. For this purpose, Engul has also installed a transformer and a high-voltage switchboard. The heat produced is distributed through the central heating network in Lu\u010denec.<\/p>\n

As part of the project, a second TCG 3016 V16 unit is to be commissioned at the end of 2023.<\/p>\n
