The TCG 2032 Modular Power Plant (MPP) from MWM enables the establishment of an energy solution with an output of up to 4.5 MWel in a modular container system. The turnkey power plant solution is ready for operation in only 20 days and can be flexibly expanded.

The sophisticated container system is manufactured exclusively for MWM by distributed energy systems manufacturer RSE s.r.o. in Czechia. With this container system, MWM customers benefit from a custom-tailored solution for distributed heat and power generation. Compared to conventional systems, the modular combined heat and power plant offers significantly faster commissioning and lower investment costs while maintaining full functionality and performance. The turnkey container system does not require any additional construction work on site. Installation, commissioning, and maintenance are all provided from a single source.

The High Performance of the MWM TCG 2032 V16 Gas Engine in a Container Solution
With an output of up to 4.5 MWel per functional unit, the turnkey container system is suitable for all natural gas and biogas applications. The CHP plant delivers an electrical efficiency of up to 44.6 percent and a thermal efficiency of up to 42.7 percent and is available as a 50-Hz or 60-Hz variant. If required, the TCG 2032 Modular Power Plant is also available with fast ramp-up when operating on natural gas. The TCG 2032 Modular Power Plant is fully thermally insulated with mineral insulation. This insulation also provides a sound-absorbing effect. The container floor is coated with oil- and gasoline-resistant enamel paint. Since the system is fully automated, it does not require the ongoing deployment of personnel.
