Tea Manufacturer R. Twining, Poland
R. Twining & Co Limited (“Twinings”), the world’s third-largest tea manufacturer, has optimized the energy supply of its Polish factory with a modern combined cooling, heat, and power (CCHP) plant. Powered by two MWM engines, the CCHP plant makes the production more energy-efficient and reduces emissions.
Brandýsko Power Plant, Brandýs nad Labem, Czech Republic
TEDOM installed a packaged TCG 3016 V12 as part of a modernization program of the district heating system in the city of Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav, Czech Republic.
Rúbanisko II Power Plant, Lučenec, Slovakia
In 2021, the Rúbanisko II power plant went live in Lučenec, Slovakia, supplying heat and electricity to the local population. Since then, the TCG 3016 V16 has generated more than 10,000 MWh of power.
Tychy Aquapark, Poland
With the cogeneration power plants driven by MWM gas engines, the Tychy Aquapark in Poland generates heat and power for the operation and heating of the swimming pool.
Memorial Çankaya Hospital, Ankara, Turkey
A MWM TCG 3016 V16 gas engine with an electrical output of 800 kWel was installed in the Ankara Çankaya Hospital in the Turkish capital. Ankara Çankaya Hospital is part of the Memorial Healthcare Group. Together with the Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul, the two hospitals save around 400,000 euros a year in electricity and heating costs.
AGR Abfallentsorgungs-Gesellschaft Ruhrgebiet mbH (AGR), Emscherbruch, Germany
In the context of a modernization project, the Central Landfill Emscherbruch (Zentraldeponie Emscherbruch; ZDE) in Gelsenkirchen in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region has been equipped with three new MWM TCG 3016 V12 gas engines.
Nooren Bioenergie Verwaltungs GmbH, Saxony-Anhalt
By replacing the engines of its biogas plant locations with eight containerized MWM cogeneration power plants and MWM TCG 3016 gas engines, the agricultural company Gebrüder Nooren GbR has doubled the installed electrical output of the existing plants.

BG Biogas Service GmbH operates a biogas plant in the Alb-Danube region in both Langenau and Seligweiler, each with a cogeneration power plant and a satellite cogeneration power plant.
Vereinigte Stadtwerke GmbH, Bad Oldesloe
The latest MWM TCG 3016 gas genset runs as a field-test plant in Bad Oldesloe. The cogeneration power plant with the electrical output of 800 kW and the thermal output of 826 kW reaches an overall efficiency of 88.1%.
Bioenergie Hack Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Wentorf
The biogas plant runs on a 50/50 mix of cattle manure from the farm’s dairy cows and corn grown on the fields. In addition to the TCG 3016, a smaller MWM genset with an output of 400 kWel is installed.
